Z-Wave Plus RGBW Dimmer Controller Module for 12V/24V LED Light Strips that is new as far as I know and have no idea if it works with Indigo. But if it does, it's at least $20 less than what I paid for the Fibaro version!

Indigo 7.5 is now available and includes support for the Monoprice RGBW Dimmer Controller (36511), including UI device settings for most of the config parameters.
