Plugin for appearing home

Is there a simple plug-in available that randomly turns on/off a few lights or switches to make it appear that someone is at home?

I saw a question on another forum for a timer to control lights and I thought: "Wow, there must be something like this for Indigo".

Searching did not return any results. Is something like this available or built-in?
