Property for identifying motion sensor devices

Is there a property that I can use for sensor devices to identify if it is a motion sensor? Right now I'm looking for "motion" in the name, but I'm sure there is a better way.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Property for identifying motion sensor devices

There isn't any official type property for sensor devices beyond just the class (indigo.SensorDevice). One thing you can look at, at least for Z-Wave and Insteon motion sensors, is the displayStateImageSel property. This will show what image we've specified that should be shown in the UI. If the value contains the string "MotionSensor" then it's using the motion sensor icon. I think there are a couple of 3rd party plugins that support motion sensors and I'm not sure if they specify that icon, but it should work for built-in motion sensors.
