Powerlinc Interface not appearing in Manage Links

I'm having trouble understanding why my Powerlinc Interface shows up in all but one of my device "Manage Links" pages. See screenshots. "Kitchen Prep Table" and "Studio Overhead" are identical Insteon devices. Both have been manually reset and "Define and Sync"ed. But the Powerlinc won't show up in the "Studio Overhead" page. I'm stumped. Again. TIA.

Re: Powerlinc Interface not appearing in Manage Links

Indigo internally always add links back from controlling modules to the PowerLinc so that it is told when button presses occur on those modules. For example, Indigo will add individual links for all 8 buttons on a KeypadLinc to point back to the PowerLinc. However, Indigo doesn't show those links in the UI. They are automatically written and restored if they are ever lost (after a factory reset).

The link you are seeing in the UI for the Kitchen Prep Table is a link from the PowerLinc as a controlling module to the switch as the responder. In this case it is on group/scene 2. So if you create an action that sends PowerLinc Group/Scene #2, then that module will be controlled. The other module doesn't have that have that link, but you can add it by editing the PowerLinc's links.

Re: Powerlinc Interface not appearing in Manage Links

Thank you, Matt. Seems my confusion was that a small number of spurious "Groups" (Group 221?) had gotten attached to a few devices - and one device was attached to a "Group" for no apparent reason... All fixed and understood now!
