possible bug when editing ramp rate, default dim level

i observe the following behavior (looks like a bug):

i have a lamplinc module in my system with ramp rate r1 and default level l1. , i edit the device, change the ramp rate to r2 change the default level to l2. hit the "set" button. in the log, i see two log lines: one saying that the ramp rate is being changed to r2 (correct) and one saying the default level is being changed to l1 (bug!).

i repeat several times - each time i hit the set button, i see the same two log lines. if i close the device edit window, then re-open it and change the on-level it updates correctly.

so there appears to be some kind of buglet that prevents the on-level from being set properly in the case where both it and the ramp rate have been modified in an edit operation.
