[ANSWERED]: Synchrolinc issue with 10.11.1

Ever since installing 10.11.1 I can no longer use the "Get Current SynchroLinc Settings" for my Syncrolinc. The Synchronic still sends On/Off commands and Indigo responds to them but I can't change the settings. I am posting an attachment with the error I am seeing. I am using the current version of Indigo and I also tried reinstalling Indigo but that did not fix the problem.

First, it looks like you have a lot of INSTEON traffic. Disable the schedule which looks like it is polling the status of an EZIO module first. Does that help?

Next, try plugging the SynchroLinc into a power strip on the same outlet as the PowerLinc. Does that help? Retrieving the information from the SyncroLinc requires INSTEON extended commands, which are much more susceptible to power line noise/interference, as well as INSTEON collisions.

FYI, just tested 10.11.1 and it worked fine, so it's very likely that Matt's correct that you've got so much Insteon traffic going on that communication with the SynchroLinc is timing out.

Neither quieting the traffic, nor moving the synchrolinc solved it. However, power cycling the PowerLinc did. I guess should have tried that first but it was so perfectly coordinated with the 10.11.1 update I got focused on that.
