Unable to connect after new mini replacement

My mini died on me, but was able to extract the Indigo data file.
A new mini was installed.
Everything is working fine, but my ability to connect outside of my home network is not working. I was able to connect prior to the new mini
What am I missing, or forgetting to do?

The prism reflector files are lost. We'll need to reset the reflector. Unfortunately, we're also having some issues with the hardware that hosts prism at the moment so we'll need to do this after we've solved those issues. Please send an email to indigo DASH support AT perceptiveautomation DOT com and let us know that we need to help you get reset once the server issue is straightened out.
