Prism with new email address

Prism with new email address

Tried to log into prism with an existing account and a screen came up saying Prism is not accepting new users. We did change our ISP and hence internet account. Does prism need to be reset with a change in email or isp provider?

We've had to temporarily disable GoPrism.com from accepting new users or reflectors, but existing reflectors should be working fine. A change in email address or ISP shouldn't break the ability for Indigo to establish an existing reflector connection.

After a server hardware and software upgrade we plan on opening GoPrism.com back up for new accounts. No firm ETA on when that will be done yet.

Matt,

I am confused then. I am an existing user and prism doesn't seem to recognize my setup when I try to start the local server. Any suggestions?

Hi Alan,

The permissions might not be set correctly on your Mac. Follow the instructions here and let me know if that helps.
