Upgraded to Indigo 6 now unable to connect to prism

Upgraded to Indigo 6 now unable to connect to prism

Hi, Just purchased an upgrade to 6 but cant connect to prism remote, local server box tells me to activate reflector but just takes me to a web page that says 'we are not currently accepting new beta accounts at this time" .

Was all working fine before upgrade.

Hi Colin,

What version did you upgrade from? And was it on the same Mac?

Try stopping the Indigo Server (via Indigo->Stop Sever menu item), then copy the PrismReflector prefs folder over from the previous version of Indigo:

Code: Select all
   /Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 5 (or Indigo 4)/Preferences/PrismReflector/

to:

Code: Select all
   /Library/Application Support/Perceptive Automation/Indigo 6/Preferences/PrismReflector/


Then start the Indigo Server. Give it a couple of minutes to connect. If it fails, then open the Event Log and copy/paste its contents into a reply for me.

Thanks Matt, that worked, upgraded from 5 to 6 and love the new version.
