Access from smartphone Blackberry

Hi,

I can't access Indigo via Prism from my BlackBerry.
The message "Internal Server Error" shows up on my phone display.
Could anybody help me?
Thanks

I'm not sure what is going wrong. Does the same URL work from Safari on your Mac?

And when you get the error, open the Event Log in Indigo. What does it show (copy/paste what you see)?

Re: Access from smartphone Blackberry

:) It seems works. I did that, removed password, and it worked.
After I made a new password and tried again..Also worked well.
The old Password didn't work only in my Blackberry, it worked on Iphone, ipad, Safari and Explorer.
Thank you so much!!!
Have a nice week.

Unfortunately, I'm not sure. Your Blackberry's browser is sending a strange HTTP authorization header to Indigo. Indigo accepts either Basic or Digest authentication, but your Blackberry is sending "RIMDigest." I Googled to try to figure out what that is and didn't turn up anything (maybe they just didn't add a space?). Perhaps there is a browser or phone setting you can change to get it working, but I'm not sure.

Is anyone having success connecting to Indigo from their Blackberry? And if so, which model?
