Reflector stopped working after upgrading my Mac

I transferred my Indigo license to the new machine about 4 weeks ago (needed assistance from support and used a free trial in the interim while license was being transferred). I did not notice until about a week later that the reflector had stopped working from mobile app.

I followed both the automatic and manual reflector reset instructions but to no avail. I noticed that the "prisms" folder was in Indigo 2023.1 folder so I deleted it and then rest Indigo again (I still use 2022.2 because of plugin issues). Prisms folder is now in Indigo 2022.2 folder where it should be, but reflector still wont operate from iPhone. There is nothing I see on the server or mac client that would indicate that reflector should be down. But web app says "Reflector connection down" every time.

I should also mention that I have two licenses and the other machine works fine from iPhone.

Any ideas?

It's a little hard to unpack what your issue is because you refer to Indigo 2022.2 and 2023.1, as well as the mobile app and the web app.

Try all of these steps in the Troubleshooting section:
https://wiki.indigodomo.com/doku.php?id=indigo_2023.1_documentation:reflectors#troubleshooting

When you say Prisms folder, do you mean the PrismReflector folder? If you've called it "Prisms", it won't work.

What is the exact error message you see when you try to use the web app?

1) I completed the troubleshooting steps and it did not help..
2) I use Indigo 2022.2 and not Indigo 2023.1. I am not 100%^ sure when I lost access to Indigo Reflector - it could have started the day I upgraded Indigo and then downgraded it. Or it could have happened when I upgraded my Mac to a new machine and moved the license - first to a free demo and then back to my old license once Indigo Support activated for the new machine.
3) I misspoke when I referred to Prisms folder. It is the PrismReflector folder (see screenshot attached)
4) I checked my Little Snitch to see if connections might be blocked,, but they do not appear to be (see screenshot attached)
5) All of the Indigo webpage settings for my accounts reflectors seem OK (see spreadsheet)

I am not sure what else to do at this point.

What errors are you getting in the Event Log when you restart your Indigo Server? Also, while we're debugging, please disable little snitch to remove one potential issue.

Little snitch is off. There is an error at startup I did not think much of but here it is: Looks like an issue with Web Server 2022.2.0.

I knew I forgot to deactivate from old mac first before I started on new mac, but I thought with your help (or Matt's) I got around that. Do you mean I missed the step entitled "Moving an Indigo Installation to another Architecture"? I will try that and see if helps.

One question before I do it. If I am running Indigo 2022.2, will it maintain Python 2 when it does the re-compile? I would much prefer not to lose the Python 2 only plugins.

That fixed it and it's working again now. Thank you.
