Anyone know if the reflector will work using T-Mobile’s home internet gateway?

Thanks,

Carl

Don't see why it wouldn't. It does not need port forwarding or anything.

Thanks. Just not sure how any outside calls to anything on my local network could get thru
considering how T-Mobile uses a proprietary system designed for cell phones.
No public IP.
Also just found out the address of the gateway can’t be changed from it’s 192.168.12.49
Kinda blows all my devices using the more standard 192.168.1.xx.

The reflector connection is initiated from the Indigo server, which opens a two-way tunnel to the reflector server. So there's no inbound connection required.

I deliberately never use 192.168.1.X on any of my networks. It's too standard. Anyone trying to hack the router is going to try that network first. You're just fine using 192.168.12.X.
