Re: Prism Reflector down?

Okay, seems to be back up and working.

I'll being doing some forensics today to try to determine what went wrong. There is the possibility I'll have to cycle some processes, but the downtime should be minimal (just minutes). Sorry for any inconvenience.

Prism Reflector down?

No worries Matt--stuff happens.

Just not during testing! :D

EDIT: connection confirmed.

I came here to drink milk and kick ass....and I've just finished my milk.

Re: [RESOLVED]: Prism Reflector down?

What is the web link to check the status of the reflector? We are having trouble this morning. Thx.

Re: [RESOLVED]: Prism Reflector down?

Thanks. I was thinking more in terms of a green light reflector status page when it's not working to indicate an outage. As it turned out however, my old Mac mini (about to be replaced) had coughed up a fur ball. Gray screen with folder and question mark indicating a bad hard drive. Restarted and ran disk repair (which found no problemos) and all seems to be well.

Re: [RESOLVED]: Prism Reflector down?

Is the Prism Reflector down at the moment?
I am getting the message "Reflector connection is currently down." when I try and access it - so I guess the answer is Yes

Any idea when it will be back up? :)

I don't see any outage. Perhaps your network connection hiccuped?

Re: [RESOLVED]: Prism Reflector down?

I was running the 30 day trial which expired a couple of days ago and I have now just subscribed to the service - could that be the issue?

Edit: I am getting that message when I type my reflector address into a browser - the returned message suggests it is coming from the Prism service?

Re: [RESOLVED]: Prism Reflector down?

Resolved :D

I had to stop and start the Indigo server and it then activated the Reflector - Must have been something to do with the delay in me subscribing after the trial ended
