Indigo Domotics

I'm trying to activate a new reflector but it won't seem to happen.
I can login to Prism and see the reflector setup, go back to Indigo
and enter the user/pswd and hit activate, but it just takes me to the Prism
site where it says "Inactive Reflectors". The reflector isn't listed there
and nothing gets activated.

Any ideas?

Maybe something to do with setting up a new server on the same network
as one I do have a reflector working?

Is this on a Mac that's had a different reflector activated on it before?

Nope. New Mac Mini, new Indigo license and prism account. Has me stumped.

Are you sure the reflector was added to that particular account (and not another account)? Or is that the reflector name I see in the screenshot which says it is already active?

What happens if you press Add Reflector and try to add it again?

I added a new reflector and it activated just fine. Is there a way to delete the one
that wouldn't activate?
